Anytime Classics Cookie Box
Some cookies are simply timeless. Build your own Mimi’s Anytime Classics box from our permanent menu of nine beloved flavors—no waiting for the weekly cookie drop. Choose a 6-pack or 12-pack, then select your favorite flavors and quantities. Choose an available pickup date and time during checkout. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Local pickup in Lincoln, Nebraska. Choose from nine Anytime Classics: Cam’s Chocolate Chippy A brown-butter cookie loaded with milk chocolate and semisweet chocolate chunks, then finished with a hint of sea salt. A fan favorite made with plenty of love—just like Cam himself. Campfire S’more All the magic of a campfire s’more baked into one irresistible cookie. A soft chocolate chip cookie rests on a brown-butter-soaked graham cracker base and is finished with gooey marshmallow. Classic Peanut Butter Soft and chewy in the center, lightly crisp around the edges, and finished with the signature fork-mark cross. Made with real peanut butter and baked the old-fashioned way for pure nostalgic perfection. Farmhouse Toffee Crunch A cozy kitchen snack spread in cookie form. Orders open Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and close Thursday at 10:00 p.m. Pickup is the following Saturday from 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. in Lincoln, Nebraska. Cinnamon Roll Pre-Orders
Freshly baked, made-from-scratch cinnamon rolls available for Saturday pickup. Each roll is hand-rolled, generously filled with cinnamon sugar, and finished with a luscious vanilla glaze. Order by Thursday at 10:00 p.m. for pickup Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at Mimi’s Kitchen in Lincoln, Nebraska—because some things are worth the wait.
